At a point in life where you understand your struggles and literally your own. No one can share your pain or grief. This generally leaves you feeling isolated, helpless and alone . It's a fight against your emotions and getting on with life forcibly. Most of us have no choice in the matter of fighting battles no one else can relate to. Disheartening, but we have to accept the nature of our lives. People don't want to see the broken part of you, only the easy-fun-going part. When you become serious and speak you see people's real colours. I don't mind at all as I see it as my burden, as my burden alone. It's not anyone else's responsibility to make it better for you. It's allowing yourself to fight through it and get on with life for the sake of others. My religion is the only aspect that keeps me grounded and humble in my life. I would truly be lost. Alhamdullilah to Allah, allowing me to be a muslimah. Truly, I would be drowning in self-pity if hadn't had my relationship with Deen.

If only they knew, appears in the Quran in several places

Surah Al-An'kabut (29:64): "...This worldly life is no more than play and amusement. But the Hereafter is indeed the real life, if only they knew".

Surah Al-Baqarah (2:102): "And wretched is that for which they sold themselves, if they only knew".

Surah Al-Baqarah (2:103): "...there would have been a better reward from Allah, if only they knew!".

Surah Al-Baqarah (2:280): "...But if you give [from your right as] charity, then it is better for you, if you only knew".

Surah Al-An'kabut (29:41): "...And the flimsiest of all shelters is certainly that of a spider, if only they knew".

Shaykh ibn 'Uthaymīn (may Allāh have mercy on him) said:

“Supporting the oppressed means assisting him in removing the oppression or preventing it from occurring to him. The difference between removal and prevention is that removal takes place after the oppression has already occurred, whereas prevention is before the oppression occurs.

For example, if you sense from an unjust person that he intends to oppress your brother, then it is 𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 to support him by preventing it, because that is before the oppression takes place.

And if you know that he has been oppressed (already), then it is 𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 to support him, by removing the oppression from him, because supporting the oppressed is 𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆.”

Summary of Surah Al-Baqarah:

It is the longest surah in the Qur’an and serves as a complete guide for life, covering faith, law, and daily conduct.

It explains three types of people:

believers, disbelievers, and hypocrites.
The story of Prophet Adam shows the beginning of humanity and the importance of obedience to Allah.

Lessons from Bani Israel highlight the consequences of obeying or disobeying Allah.

Key rulings are given, including prayer, fasting in Ramadan, charity (zakat), marriage, divorce, and business .

The change of Qiblah (direction of prayer) teaches obedience and unity of the Muslim Ummah.

It emphasizes patience, trust in Allah, and righteousness in all aspects of life.

The surah ends with a beautiful dua asking Allah for forgiveness, mercy, and ease.

Main Message:
Live a life of faith, obedience, and sincerity, following Allah’s guidance in every matter

It is common practice in subcontinent, some elders try to dominate younger people in such a way that they casually disregard Islamic teachings and instead impose their own inherited cultural opinions from their forfathers. Their audacity can go so far that they expect others to obey them even over obedience to Allah.!

Such behavior should not be accepted.kick out them calmly—without anger, emotional reactions, or wasting your energy.even shameful for those muslim parents who violates Allah's rule.

As for those who obey such pressure out of fear, even when it leads to disobeying Allah, it is a serious concern. It indicates that their faith (imaan) is weak and at risk.it is even shameful than kuffar who dont believe islam!!

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said:

“A time will come when the nations will call one another against you just as people invite others to share a dish.”

The companions asked: “Will that be because we are few in number?”

He ﷺ replied:
“No, you will be many on that day, but you will be like the foam of the flood. Allah will remove the fear of you from the hearts of your enemies and will cast weakness into your hearts.”

They asked: “What is this weakness?”
He ﷺ said: “Love of the world (dunya) and hatred of death.”
(Sunan Abi Dawud 4297 — Hasan)

This is not just a prophecy, it is a mirror.

Foam looks large, but it has no weight, no direction, no strength. It moves wherever the current takes it.

And today, we see:
• A huge Ummah, yet divided
• Strength in numbers, but weakness in unity
• Knowledge available, but little action
• Attachment to dunya, but negligence of akhirah

The real problem is not external enemies, it is the internal condition.

Allah says in the Qur’an:
“Indeed, Allah will not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves.” (13:11)

This hadith is not meant to create fear, it is meant to awaken responsibility.

The solution is clear:
• Return to sincere faith (Iman)
• Hold firmly to unity (Ummah)
• Detach from excessive love of dunya
• Revive the Sunnah in our lives

Because real strength is not in numbers… it is in obedience to Allah and firmness upon

SOON JESUS SON OF MARY WILL DESCEND.

There will be no one to call themselves Jews, Christians, Hindus, Buddhists etc.

ACCEPT ISLAM OR PERISH.

Sahih al-Bukhari 3448.Narrated Abu Huraira:

Allah's Messenger Muhammad (ﷺ) said,

"By Him in Whose Hands my soul is, surely (Jesus,) the son of Mary will soon descend amongst you and will judge mankind justly (as a Just Ruler);

He will

● Break the Cross.
● Kill the pig and
● There will be no Jizya (i.e. taxation taken from non Muslims).

Money will be in abundance so that nobody will accept it, and a single prostration to Allah (in prayer) will be better than the whole world and whatever is in it."

Abu Huraira added "If you wish, you can recite (this verse of the Qur’an): -- 'And there is none Of the people of the Scriptures (Jews and Christians) But must believe in him (i.e Jesus as an Apostle of Allah and a human being) Before his death. And on the Day of Judgment He will be a witness Against them." (4.159) (See Fath-ul-Bari, Page 302 Vol 7).

“A man who views the world at 40 the same way he did at 20…
has wasted 20 years of his life.”

Growth isn’t just about getting older.
It’s about seeing differently.

At 20, you react.
At 40, you understand.

At 20, you chase validation.
At 40, you value peace.

At 20, everything feels urgent.
At 40, you realise most things aren’t.

If your perspective hasn’t shifted…
if your thinking hasn’t deepened…
if your patterns are exactly the same…

Then time didn’t evolve you.
It just passed you.

Because experience alone doesn’t guarantee growth.

Reflection does.

The people who truly grow aren’t the ones who just go through life…
they’re the ones who learn from it.

They question:
• Why did that happen?
• What did it teach me?
• What needs to change in me moving forward?

And slowly, their lens expands.

They become less reactive.
More aware.
More intentional.

Here’s the uncomfortable truth:

Staying the same is easy.
Evolving takes effort.

It requires letting go of old beliefs,
challenging your own thinking,
and admitting you were wrong at times.

But that’s where real growth lives.

So it’s not about reaching 40 with more years…

It’s about reaching it with more depth.

Because the goal isn’t just to age.

It’s to evolve.🦋🧘‍♂️💖

"A man suffering from an affliction passed by a group of women and they laughed at him, mocking him. Then some of them were afflicted (with a similar affliction)."

🎙 Shaykh 'Abd al-Razzaq al-Badr commented:

"Allah punished some of those women with an immediate punishment. If the mocker is spared an immediate punishment, then in the Hereafter there is a severe punishment. People in this matter fall into two categories: either a repentant person who turns back to Allah, or a wrongdoer who transgresses against his brothers through mockery and ridicule.

So why belittle? Why ridicule? Why mock? Why backbite? Where is the brotherhood, when Allah says, "Indeed, the believers are brothers.."?

A person may mock another, while the one being mocked is actually better, more virtuous, and of higher rank than the mocker. The mocker may in fact be far inferior to him. For this reason, mockery does not come from people with pure hearts, good hearts, sincere hearts, humble hearts; rather, it comes from a heart that carries some sickness."

“One day I was riding (a horse/camel) behind the Prophet (sallallaahu Alaihiwasallam) when he said,

‘Young man, I will teach you some words. Be mindful of Allah, and He will take care of you. Be mindful of Him, and you shall find Him at your side. If you ask, ask of Allah. If you need help, seek it from Allah. Know that if the whole world were to gather together in order to help you, they would not be able to help you except if Allah had written so. Commentary Summary

Ibn Abbas (radiallahuanhuma) was, at most, 13 years old when he was gifted with these words of advice by Prophet of Allah (sallallaahu Alaihiwasallam). Imagine the impression this made on a teenager, who would grow up to be an ocean of knowledge and for whom the Prophet said the prayer, “Allah, give him understanding of the religion, and teach him to discern its meanings.” As we equip children with every means of success, we should not forget to imprint in their memory and hearts these powerful rules to live by.

In another narration, the Prophet ( Sallallaahu Alaihiwasallam) says, “Be mindful of Allah, you shall find Him in front of you. Know Allah in times of prosperity so He will know you in times of hardship.

Know that whatever passed you by could never have happened, and what happened could never have been avoided.

Know that

■ Victory comes with patience,
■ Relief comes with affliction, and with
■ Hardship comes ease.”

Take Care of Your relationship with Allah

“Be mindful of Allah, He will be mindful of you...” This hadith reveals core truths about the nature of our relationship with Allah. If you take care of your relationship with Him, He will take care of you. Whatever you need or desire, in the end it can only come from Him. This is not to say that we can never ask people for help, but we should understand that ultimately Allah is the source of all help that comes our way. The companions used to ask Allah for help in everything, large or small, even in getting salt for their food.

The Prophet (sallallaahu Alaihiwasallam) captured this essence for Ibn Abbas and for all Muslims, and taught us that as long as we turn to Allah, we will be all right. In order to understand we must try it; it is one thing to read about it, and another to actually experience finding Allah at your side in moments of hardship.

What transformation will take place when we internalize the guidance in this hadith: being mindful of Allah so that He takes care of us; seeking help only of Allah; and understanding that no good or harm, no matter how inevitable it seems, can befall us unless Allah wills?
💯3
There is tremendous freedom from the hindrances of fear and loneliness when we rely only on Allah. Great acts of courage, patience and independence become possible, because the individual senses the company of Allah by his or her side.

When Prophet Ibrahim was about to be burned alive after destroying the idols of his people, the angel Jibreel came to him and asked him, “Do you need help?” Ibrahim replied, “From you? No. As for Allah? Then yes!”

It is implied in the hadith that there will be challenges and trials for the believer. Perhaps it is in difficulty that strength and power of the Prophet’s words shine brightest. Hardship is never meant to break us. Even in the darkest moments, there will be unexpected sources of coolness and ease, and always the hope of victory that comes with patience. Allah says in the Quran:

We shall certainly test you with fear and hunger, and loss of property, lives, and crops. But give good news to those who are steadfast. Those who say, when afflicted with a calamity, ‘We belong to God and to Him we shall return.’ These will be given blessings and mercy from their Lord, and it is they who are rightly guided. (Al-Baqarah 2:155-157).
