When lies bring people together, the truth will eventually tear them apart.

Sadness, grief, pain, suffering, calamities, and trials are expiations for sins. Nothing afflicts a servant, not even a thorn prick, without it being an expiation for their sins.

If someone complains of a toothache or insomnia at night, these too are means of expiating sins.

If something afflicts you : do not say, 'If only I had done this or that.'

Sometimes Allah removes the noise of people so you can finally hear the direction of your own soul.๏ฟผ

Yes, it hurts when life shifts and people are no longer the sameโ€ฆ but maybe this pain isnโ€™t a loss, itโ€™s a turning point. Not everyone will understand your silence, your struggle, or your growthโ€”and theyโ€™re not meant to. Because if they did, you might start walking their path instead of the one written just for you.

So let your tears fallโ€ฆ they are not weakness, they are release. But donโ€™t let them drown your purpose. What you once dreamed of still waits for youโ€”now it just needs your courage.๏ฟผ

Youโ€™re not alone, youโ€™re being realigned.
Youโ€™re not stuck, youโ€™re being prepared.
And this phaseโ€ฆ itโ€™s not breaking you, itโ€™s freeing you.

So rise gentlyโ€ฆ and when youโ€™re readyโ€”fly higher than your fears ever allowed.๏ฟผ

*Importance of Sincerity!*

Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah (ุฑุญู…ู‡ ุงู„ู„ู‡) mentioned the Prophet's Hadith ๏ทบ :

โ€œA prostitute was forgiven by ALLAH, because when passing by a panting dog near a well and seeing that the dog was about to die of thirst, she took of her shoe and draw out some water for it. So, ALLAH forgave her because of that.โ€

_Ibn Taymiyyah (ุฑุญู…ู‡ ุงู„ู„ู‡) commented:
โ€œThis woman gave water to the dog on account of the sincere faith in ALLAH that resided in her heart, on that account ALLAH forgave her. Not every prostitute will be forgiven if she gives water to a dog. This indicates that actions vary according according to the degree of faith and sincerity that resides in the hearts. Certainly, whoever performs acts of worship without sincerity to ALLAH, will not gain rewards for them because they are worthless. Rather, whoever does this, will subject himself to tremendous consequences, even if the acts of worship were major, such as spending on righteous causes and fighting against the disbelivers.โ€

Be Mindful Of Allah and He will Protect You

On the authority of Abul Abbas Abdullah bin Abbas (ุฑุถูŠ ุงู„ู„ู‡ ุนู†ู‡) who said:

One day I was behind the Prophet (๏ทบ) [riding on the same mount] and he said,

"O young man, I shall teach you some words [of advice]:

Be mindful of Allah and Allah will protect you.

Be mindful of Allah and you will find Him in front of you.

If you ask, then ask Allah [alone];

and if you seek help, then seek help from Allah [alone].

And know that if the nation were to gather together to benefit you with anything, they would not benefit you except with what Allah had already prescribed for you.

And if they were to gather together to harm you with anything, they would not harm you except with what Allah had already prescribed against you.

The pens have been lifted and the pages have dried.โ€

It was related by at-Tirmidhi, who said it was a good and sound hadeeth. Another narration, other than that of Tirmidhi, reads:

Be mindful of Allah, and you will find Him in front of you.

Recognize and acknowledge Allah in times of ease and prosperity, and He will remember you in times of adversity.

And know that what has passed you by [and you have failed to attain] was not going to befall you,

and what has befallen you was not going to pass you by.

And know that
victory comes with patience,
relief with affliction,
and with hardship comes ease."

At a point in life where you understand your struggles and literally your own. No one can share your pain or grief. This generally leaves you feeling isolated, helpless and alone . It's a fight against your emotions and getting on with life forcibly. Most of us have no choice in the matter of fighting battles no one else can relate to. Disheartening, but we have to accept the nature of our lives. People don't want to see the broken part of you, only the easy-fun-going part. When you become serious and speak you see people's real colours. I don't mind at all as I see it as my burden, as my burden alone. It's not anyone else's responsibility to make it better for you. It's allowing yourself to fight through it and get on with life for the sake of others. My religion is the only aspect that keeps me grounded and humble in my life. I would truly be lost. Alhamdullilah to Allah, allowing me to be a muslimah. Truly, I would be drowning in self-pity if hadn't had my relationship with Deen.

Summary of Surah Al-Baqarah:

It is the longest surah in the Qurโ€™an and serves as a complete guide for life, covering faith, law, and daily conduct.

It explains three types of people:

believers, disbelievers, and hypocrites.
The story of Prophet Adam shows the beginning of humanity and the importance of obedience to Allah.

Lessons from Bani Israel highlight the consequences of obeying or disobeying Allah.

Key rulings are given, including prayer, fasting in Ramadan, charity (zakat), marriage, divorce, and business .

The change of Qiblah (direction of prayer) teaches obedience and unity of the Muslim Ummah.

It emphasizes patience, trust in Allah, and righteousness in all aspects of life.

The surah ends with a beautiful dua asking Allah for forgiveness, mercy, and ease.

Main Message:
Live a life of faith, obedience, and sincerity, following Allahโ€™s guidance in every matter

It is common practice in subcontinent, some elders try to dominate younger people in such a way that they casually disregard Islamic teachings and instead impose their own inherited cultural opinions from their forfathers. Their audacity can go so far that they expect others to obey them even over obedience to Allah.!

Such behavior should not be accepted.kick out them calmlyโ€”without anger, emotional reactions, or wasting your energy.even shameful for those muslim parents who violates Allah's rule.

As for those who obey such pressure out of fear, even when it leads to disobeying Allah, it is a serious concern. It indicates that their faith (imaan) is weak and at risk.it is even shameful than kuffar who dont believe islam!!

The Prophet Muhammad ๏ทบ said:

โ€œA time will come when the nations will call one another against you just as people invite others to share a dish.โ€

The companions asked: โ€œWill that be because we are few in number?โ€

He ๏ทบ replied:
โ€œNo, you will be many on that day, but you will be like the foam of the flood. Allah will remove the fear of you from the hearts of your enemies and will cast weakness into your hearts.โ€

They asked: โ€œWhat is this weakness?โ€
He ๏ทบ said: โ€œLove of the world (dunya) and hatred of death.โ€
(Sunan Abi Dawud 4297 โ€” Hasan)

This is not just a prophecy, it is a mirror.

Foam looks large, but it has no weight, no direction, no strength. It moves wherever the current takes it.

And today, we see:
โ€ข A huge Ummah, yet divided
โ€ข Strength in numbers, but weakness in unity
โ€ข Knowledge available, but little action
โ€ข Attachment to dunya, but negligence of akhirah

The real problem is not external enemies, it is the internal condition.

Allah says in the Qurโ€™an:
โ€œIndeed, Allah will not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves.โ€ (13:11)

This hadith is not meant to create fear, it is meant to awaken responsibility.

The solution is clear:
โ€ข Return to sincere faith (Iman)
โ€ข Hold firmly to unity (Ummah)
โ€ข Detach from excessive love of dunya
โ€ข Revive the Sunnah in our lives

Because real strength is not in numbersโ€ฆ it is in obedience to Allah and firmness upon

โ€œA man who views the world at 40 the same way he did at 20โ€ฆ
has wasted 20 years of his life.โ€

Growth isnโ€™t just about getting older.
Itโ€™s about seeing differently.

At 20, you react.
At 40, you understand.

At 20, you chase validation.
At 40, you value peace.

At 20, everything feels urgent.
At 40, you realise most things arenโ€™t.

If your perspective hasnโ€™t shiftedโ€ฆ
if your thinking hasnโ€™t deepenedโ€ฆ
if your patterns are exactly the sameโ€ฆ

Then time didnโ€™t evolve you.
It just passed you.

Because experience alone doesnโ€™t guarantee growth.

Reflection does.

The people who truly grow arenโ€™t the ones who just go through lifeโ€ฆ
theyโ€™re the ones who learn from it.

They question:
โ€ข Why did that happen?
โ€ข What did it teach me?
โ€ข What needs to change in me moving forward?

And slowly, their lens expands.

They become less reactive.
More aware.
More intentional.

Hereโ€™s the uncomfortable truth:

Staying the same is easy.
Evolving takes effort.

It requires letting go of old beliefs,
challenging your own thinking,
and admitting you were wrong at times.

But thatโ€™s where real growth lives.

So itโ€™s not about reaching 40 with more yearsโ€ฆ

Itโ€™s about reaching it with more depth.

Because the goal isnโ€™t just to age.

Itโ€™s to evolve.๐Ÿฆ‹๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ’–

๐ŸŽ™ Shaykh 'Abd al-Razzaq al-Badr commented:

"Allah punished some of those women with an immediate punishment. If the mocker is spared an immediate punishment, then in the Hereafter there is a severe punishment. People in this matter fall into two categories: either a repentant person who turns back to Allah, or a wrongdoer who transgresses against his brothers through mockery and ridicule.

So why belittle? Why ridicule? Why mock? Why backbite? Where is the brotherhood, when Allah says, "Indeed, the believers are brothers.."?

A person may mock another, while the one being mocked is actually better, more virtuous, and of higher rank than the mocker. The mocker may in fact be far inferior to him. For this reason, mockery does not come from people with pure hearts, good hearts, sincere hearts, humble hearts; rather, it comes from a heart that carries some sickness."
