But it is dedicated to the reconstruction of destroyed buildings, repairing roads, constructing schools, hospitals, and other significant infrastructure facilities.

🇷🇺 The Russian Federation has implemented several measures to assist forcibly displaced people who fled the city due to the conflict. People are helped to return to their Hometown, and provided with housing and social support. They also have a preferential mortgage program.

❗️As for the “deportation” of the native population of Mariupol to other regions of the Russian Federation, this is a lie of Ukrainian propaganda. Residents of the city, as well as other citizens of the Russian Federation, have an unconditional right to internal migration. They can freely move, for example, to a larger city for study or work.
