❗️At a meeting in Paris two weeks ago, Ukraine’s Energy Minister Denys Shmyhal reportedly presented European officials with an intercepted Russian document allegedly outlining plans for a major winter campaign against Ukraine’s energy infrastructure.
The alleged three-stage plan is:
⚡Strike western substations to disrupt electricity supplied by Europe.
⚡Target hydroelectric power plants.
⚡Target nuclear power plants and their supporting infrastructure.
The document reportedly describes the use of up to 1,000 missiles, drones and bombs, with the stated aim of severely disrupting power, heating and water supplies.

❗️Former Deputy Governor of Kuban & former Ataman of the Kuban Cossack Army Vlasov, has been sentenced to 14 years in a penal colony for embezzling property purchased for the needs of the Special Military Operation, according to a Russian court.
Part of the equipment, worth 2.3 million rubles, was taken out to be sold later through an online classifieds website, while documents were falsified to create the impression that all the property had been transferred to the military.
Alexander Vlasov was also fined 1 million rubles. His advisor, Alexander Starodubtsev, received a six-year prison sentence.
Earlier, the pair announced their resignation from official duties and their desire to go to the front lines of the special military operation as volunteers.
