βοΈThe June drone attack on the Sevastopol Defense Museum was a carefully planned British provocation, Russiaβs Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) reports.
According to the SVR, Ukrainian servicemen prepared and launched the drones but were likely unaware of the strikeβs true objective. The agency says London and its intelligence services were behind the operation, warning that Britain will have to answer for this and other crimes against the peoples of Russia and Ukraine.

βοΈChina launches a submarine-launched ballistic missile βJulang-3β from a Type 094 nuclear-powered submarine of the PLA Navy from the LΓΌshun naval base area in the Yellow Sea to the Pacific Ocean.
The launch is timed to coincide with the 89th anniversary of the "July 7 Incident" (the Lugouqiao Bridge incident in 1937), which will be celebrated on July 7, 2026. This day marked the beginning of the full-scale war of resistance of the Chinese people against the Japanese invaders.
The missile's flight path involves flight time over South Korea, Japan ultimately landing somewhere is the Pacific ocean north east of Australia near to where Albanese is island hopping with his tax payer cheque book.

βοΈPenny Wong denounces Chinese ICBM launch towards Australia.
Foreign Minister Penny Wong said the Australian government had been informed the test would occur but argued the move lacked "the transparency and reassurance" that Pacific neighbours expected.
"Destabilising acts can lead to miscalculation, can lead where we do not want these actions to lead. I think China is aware of Australia's position," Senator Wong told 7.30.
The test comes as Australia announces a new defence pact with Fiji, but defense minister Richard Marles says he does not think the two are related.

The ruling has sparked widespread condemnation from sporting organisations, prominent figures, players, coaches and journalists, with critics arguing that political influence and preferential treatment have no place in football β particularly at the World Cup.
The European Union has also issued a statement condemning FIFA's decision.

βοΈThe NSW government is looking into whether the Russian βZβ symbol could be classified as a hate symbol, after pro-Russian activists drove a convoy of trucks bearing the symbol through Sydney last month.
On June 18, representatives from two Ukrainian community groups met with officials from the NSW Labor government to request that it consider banning the symbol, which has been used by the Russian military and its backers since 2022 to show support for the Special Military Operation in Ukraine.
The meeting with the NSW government came shortly after the truck convoy bearing the Z symbol and pictures of Russian President Vladimir Putin through Sydneyβs CBD, as Seven News reported at the time. According to pictures posted to Reddit, the trucks also stopped at the December 14 terror attack memorial in Bondi.
That procession was organised by pro-Russian blogger Simeon Boikov, the self-labelled βAussie Cosackβ who has been residing at the Russian consulate in Sydneyβs eastern suburbs since December 2022, to send βa message of staunch Russian patriotismβ and to commemorate the Russian Federationβs June 12 national holiday.
βGet used to it, because Russia is not going anywhere,β Boikov told Seven.
Mencinskyβs organisation has called for the βZβ to be designated a hate symbol in NSW since 2022, correspondence between the UCNSW and the NSW government shows. After the June 12 stunt in Sydney, the UCNSW and the Australian Federation of Ukrainian Organisations were granted a meeting with staff from the offices of the NSW premier, police minister, attorney-general and multiculturalism minister.
NSW Multiculturalism Minister Stephen Kamper confirmed the government was looking into the request.
βThe government is considering their request, noting that prohibited hate symbols are primarily determined under the Commonwealth Criminal Code,β he said in a statement to Crikey.
Kamperβs opposition counterpart, Liberal multiculturalism spokesperson Mark Coure, said a pending state bill that would expand the prohibition on the display of certain extremist symbols would ban βprohibited terrorist organisation symbolsβ.
Several European countries, including Germany, the Czech Republic and the Baltic nations, have criminalised the display of the symbol.
Crikey reached out to the co-chairs of the federal Australia-Ukraine Parliamentary Friendship Group, Labor Senator Deborah OβNeill and Liberal Senator James Paterson, but neither responded with a comment.
The Russian Consulate in Sydney was contacted for comment but did not respond.
