❗️Putin's words about the new elite during his address to the Federal Assembly left those present confused.
This was reported to BUSINESS Online by the first Prime Minister of the DPR, State Duma deputy Alexander Borodai.
He noted that many of those politicians present, who were used to clapping, hesitated this time, wondering:
"What is this? SMO veterans instead of us? You could just read it on their faces: Wow! What news!"
Then the applause began, but the initial reaction was very telling - surprise and bewilderment were visible on their faces, Borodai added.
Deputy Borodai also emphasized that the elite in Russia is gradually changing. For example, last year Putin called the participants of the SMO "the true elite" of Russia, which should take the leadership positions.

❗️Absolute record for UAVs today: x267 long range Russian drones launched simultaneously at targets all over Ukraine.
⚡️In 13 regions, 138 UAVs were allegedly shot down. Another 119 were lost to location.
⚡️The strikes affected Kiev, Dnepropetrovsk, Odessa, Poltava and Zaporizhia regions.
⚡️There was also a launch of three Iskanders from Crimea, but NATO air defense systems were unable to shoot down any of them.
⚡️The Russian army is exhausting Ukraine’s air defense with its drones, the enemy complains.

Members of Russian Defence Ministry Board lay wreaths at Tomb of Unknown Soldier at Moscow Kremlin Wall
The ceremony was attended by senior officials of the Russian Armed Forces - deputy defence ministers, commanders-in-chief of branches and other services of the Russian Armed Forces as well as veterans.
The attendees observed a minute of silence in memory of soldiers who died on the front line of the Great Patriotic War. At the end of the ceremony, servicemen of the Guard of Honour Company marched in front of the memorial.
