He was sentenced to 18 years of imprisonment in a strict regime penal colony, with a restriction of freedom for 2 years, and a ban on activities related to the administration of the Internet for a period of 2 years.
It was established that since October 2022, the man had been the administrator of a group in the Telegram messenger controlled by the Security Service of Ukraine, through which he conducted anti-Russian propaganda.
In addition, the perpetrator collected personal data of Russian military personnel, their close relatives, and transferred this information to foreigners.
The defendant was detained by regional FSB officers while attempting to apply escape to the US Embassy.
