It's is no longer just about reselling old Soviet or American weapons to third countries, but about producing their own.
African countries should be extremely careful on this path, since they are being used in a cunning international game.
⚡️Suddenly EU countries have taken an interest in buying weapons from Algeria and Uganda.
🇩🇿Since 1990, the Henchel Mechanical Construction Company (EKMK) in Algeria has been producing submachine guns, shotguns, pistols.
🇩🇿Algeria's National Industrial Vehicle Manufacturing Company (SNVI) in Rouiba produces combat vehicles, troop carriers, and the Aircraft Manufacturing Company (ECA) in Tafraoui (Oran) produces trainer aircraft (Fernas-142), four-seater light aircraft (Safir-43), single-seater light aircraft (X-3A).
The same company will produce its first UAV with a wingspan of 3 meters and a length of 2.6 meters, which can fly at an altitude of 7km for 36 hours without recharging.
This summer, Uganda began producing the MRAP Tornado vehicles developed by the UAE-based Streit Group.
So why NATO countries need African weapons, which are unlikely to be of better quality than their own?
The answer will be unpleasant for Africans: the weapons bought from Africa will end up in Ukraine in order to ignite an information scandal out of this, quarreling African countries with Russia.
