Hello everyone!
‼️Today, Simeon’s Barrister is making an application to the court that Simeon be released on bail until the hearing of his appeal on 13th September.
‼️For the last 2 and a half weeks, Simeon has NOT been allowed to talk to his Barrister, Bruce Levet OAM.
Mr Levet has made lots of attempts to talk to Simeon. The prison has said that Simeon is a person of national security interest and that he cannot contact his Barrister until his Barrister proves that he (the Barrister!) does not have a criminal record.
The prison has wanted documents to be filled out and signed by the Barrister but they can only be signed in front of prison officers.
‼️Until yesterday, prison officers refused to witness Mr Levet’s signature.
‼️When Mr Levet attended Long Bay on Sunday, he was refused permission to enter Long Bay correctional complex by a corrective service employee who would only give her first name and would not give her surname or identification number.
‼️Simeon’s Barrister was then escorted from the prison by a four man tactical response team (who also refused to witness his signature) - something Mr Levet says has never happened to him before in over 40 years of criminal practice. The bail application is happening today, but Simeon’s Barrister is being hampered by not having been able to talk to Simeon in the last two and a half weeks about the bail application.

What sick deranged mind would force a 16 year-old boy (or anyone over the age of 16) to be injected 3 times before he could see his father in prison ?
This is the NSW Liberals denying the science, denying the evidence and instead following the superstition of the disgraced former leader Berejiklian.
There is zero evidence that a triple injected person is less likely to have or to transmit Covid than a vaccine-free person. If anything the evidence points the other way - by a country mile.
Even when we lock people away, they still have rights. Corrections Minister Geoff Lee is better than this - but currently he’s a human rights abuser.
And when the NSW Liberals get absolutely smashed in Western Sydney at the election year, they’ll wonder why.

I only found out about this when I inquired about trying to see the Aussie Cossack who is in Long Bay.
I disagreed strongly over his support of Russia’s invasion of the Ukraine - but he the 10 months jail sentence he received for breaching a suppression order was excessive - and these vaccination requirements in NSW are a disgrace.

⛓Today is 80th day of Simeon’s incarceration!
📞Nevertheless, I am happy to say that Simeon was able to call me on my Birthday at 8:10 am!!
Simeon called 14 times in total between 8 am and 2 pm. Each phone call we have goes for 6 minutes. We hear a warning signal 30 and 15 seconds before the end of the call. Then the line just cuts off after 6 minutes sharp.
💪🏻He somehow managed to organise beautiful flowers to match with my dress perfectly!
How? He is the Aussie Cossack!
