▫️Here is the agreement on UP-2 project called ‘Multi-patogen Mapping’. The originator of the research is the US Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), the executors are the Central Sanitary-Epidemiological Station located in Kiev and the Lvov Research Institute.
▫️The treaty has been signed and stamped by representatives of all the organisations involved.
▫️In addition, there has been separately presented the Memorandum of the Office of the Secretary of Defense on approval of the UP-2 project concept signed by the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Global Security. The project is to compile information about the molecular structure of the patogens endemic to Ukraine and to deliver strains (probably, to the USA).
❗️All this is indisputable evidence of direct participation and leading role of the US military department in UP-2 biological project.
