Ukraine's Kursk attack 'legitimate' - NATO chief Stoltenberg
Kiev's incursion into Russian territory is covered by Ukraine's right to self-defense according to NATO boss Jens Stoltenberg, even as he admitted it was a risky move.
"Ukraine has a right to defend itself. And according to international law, this right does not stop at the border," Stoltenberg told German newspaper Welt am Sonntag, adding that Vladimir Zelensky had not shared his plans with the bloc or western allies.

🇷🇺Russia's recent 240 missile strikes clearly were very successful in decimating Zelensky's last few remaining online power plants.
⚡️Even if the USA gives Zelensky the $800 million it would take years for engineers to rebuild the very complicated energy industry infrastructure to retun to a minimal energy output capacity for Ukrainian upcoming winter.
