Labor’s Anthony Albanese has sparked internal dissent for prioritizing a 600 million AUD ($398 million) cash splash to fund the establishment of a rugby team in Papua New Guinea’s capital, Port Moresby.

Mr Albanese's Cabinet is expected to sign off on the splurge in August - but not all Labor MPs are happy about it.
