The package includes a loans and grants supplement from the World Bank loan of $350 million to Kiev, through guarantees from the Netherlands and Sweden.

Others bank the package include the UK, Denmark, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania and Japan.

The funds are expected to be transferred this week.
