I have a TUF F17 (2021) and just got the windows 11 update. Has anyone already done this on tuf laptop? are there any major drawbacks? Also, do the asus apps like armoury crate and my asus function fine?

Asus Tuf Linux Users?

Are any of you guys using linux as the primary os for your asus tuf device? If so have you found any way to control the rgb keyboard on it from linux?

I'm a new linux user currently using pop os. Its overall a good experience other than bad battery life..

Asus tuf505gt laptop RAM upgrade "problem"

Hi! I was trying to upgrade my laptops ram and I saw the pre-installed ram as 3200mhz, while it only shows in the task manager memory speed is 2667mhz. The problem is that when I tried to install a 2666mhz speed RAM single channel, it wont boot up at all. It only shows red light on m keyboard and nothing shows up on screen. Should I buy 3200mhz instead or it has something to do with the bios?

How to reinstall asus recovery for my Asus Tuf A 15?

I had given it for a service but asus recovery and that partition was gone when I received it. I don't want to take it back and have the whole windows reinstalled. Is it possible to manually partition and install this? Where can I download the recovery iso/files?

I recently bought a new ram for my asus tuf dash f15, i got my laptop in a 8bg config. but through out using my laptop i realize that i need to add another ram on it.
So I settled in with the hyperx impact because I think i a good option,

but when I install it in my screen won't boot up but my backlit keyboard does.

How can i run 5 monitors (TUF F15 516)

i have four samsung monitors, plugged in to a USB-C dock. CUrrently, 3 of the 4 are running fine (the last one hooked up is the dark one, regardless of input) + the laptop screen.
The dock has 2 HDMI, 1 VGA, and 1 DP.

Is there a way to run all five monitors, or do I need to get a USB to VGA adapter (startech or whatever)?

I get low 3050 gpu usage on tuf dash f15

Hii guyss, i recently bought FX516PC-HN058T, i5-11300h rtx 3050 8gb ram
While gaming(GTA V and AC Odyssey) i get low fps and gpu usage, and 100%cpu usage. When i increase game graphic setting i get higher gpu usage but frames are still low. I have done everything with armoury crate, geforce experience, nvidia control panel, everything is fully updated. Plz help

Edit: i just added 8gb 3200mhz crucial ram, and results are amazing!!! I was having 32 fps in Odyssey now its 61, yes, that much difference. I do recommend everyone to have atleast 16gb ram in this laptop.

Can i improve frames by using MSI afterburner safely on my TIF F15?

I have an i5, 16GB RAM with GTX 1660ti. I understand the CPU etc is probably throttling because of it being a laptop etc but im generally running Warzone at 75 degrees tops. Fps is all over the place. Is there a way to improve my performance for Warzone? MSI afterburner was my only thought that could possibly work?

Any help for this noob greatly appreciated.

Asus fx505 hard disk spinning fast

Hello, i have a 1tb WD hard disk in my FX505-GT, the task manager shows 0 percent disk usage still my hard disk is spinning enough to vibrate my laptop, i have checked the disk using HD tune
I have stopped defrag also, can someone help me, it's frustrating.
