Got this notification at 8:27 this morning 2026/07/21.

I'm working in my office and my phone is still in the bedroom charging where my wife is sleeping. I hear the notification and see that it's T-Mobile telling me to "Wake up" to look at their ad. LET ME DELETE THIS APP PLEASE!!! I hate bloatware.

Thank you all for the insane support and advice on my previous post. Just wanted to give a quick update.

I decided not to let this slide. I have officially escalated their automated "Bait and Switch" bot scam to our country's major consumer protection agencies: The National Consumer Helpline, Advertising Standards Council, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, and the District Consumer Court.

It's easy for companies to use AI workflows to exhaust a single customer, but let's see how their bot handles multiple federal legal notices.

Will keep you guys posted when I finally win this!
