Hilarious SquareSpace Catastrophic Support Failure

If you want a good "wtf" moment check this out.

An admin in my company accidentally deleted a user, and we are told by squarespace and google that I am not allowed to use the normal google restore tool because I'm on a monthly squarespace plan. No offers for a resolution or anything lmaoo.

Super funny situation, user with Gigs of data just sitting in limbo...


This has to be the most idiotic situation I have ever been in and the support from both sides is literally "oh well". I have not received one piece of information except that I apparently should have either never gone with squarespace or should have done the yearly plan lmao.

Maybe I can switch to annual or off squarespace and remedy the issue myself, but wow. Maybe I'm tripping and this isn't as bad as I make it out to be
