🧨 Some myth worth busting now at the beginning of 2021 and that you often see around the fitness and mainstream dieting advice are related to the struggle of ‘’keeping oneself satiated’’ while ingesting as little kcal as possible, ideally from ‘’high volume’’ foods. People offering advice to others to add carbohydrates to their diet and DEPEND on them for ‘’fuel’’ or energy, or eat large volumes of low calorie (low fat) carbohydrate foods promising satiety and successful weight loss.

Because there are far too many ‘experts’ online (and offline - such as the ones at Weight Watchers🤦🏼♀️) offering advice based on outdated and irrelevant nutritional guidelines focusing on the effect (obesity) rather than the cause.
🧟♀️I don’t want to be part of that cult. I want to be part of the tiny elite 🧚🏻♀️ that pushes you to challenge yourself towards healing, radical improvement and regenerated health. And this comes often by telling you the truth: 💥whatever small amount you ingest affects your body in a much bigger way than what you are able to comprehend. 💥
✅ Weight loss and constant hunger feeling depend on your insulin levels, this being thw reason to wanting to feel satiated non stop.
