OFFICIAL DEVICE ELIGIBILITY & MAINTAINER REQUIREMENTS

To make a device official and the maintainer as the official maintainer there are some requirements to be fulfilled

Requirements from the Maintainer:

* Maintainer should know how to use Git
He/She should have an account on GitHub

* Maintainer should know how to use Gerrit
He/She should have an account on our Gerrit

* Maintainer should provide proper authorship (if in case, He/She is picking or using someone else's work) and should maintain proper git commit history

* It is highly desired that maintainer should have a Telegram Account

Device requirements :

* SeLinux should be enforcing.

* Everything should be open source: All the device sources!

* All the main functions of the device for eg: Camera,Data, Voice Calling,WiFi, Hotspot, Bluetooth (and Fingerprint, NFC, Sensors etc if applicable) should be working.

* Device Trees shouldn't have any errors so that it can be buildable by the automated Jenkins builds.

* Your name
* GitHub, Telegram and XDA usernames.
* Link to device tree, kernel source and vendor source.
* Device name, codename.
* What all is working and is SeLinux Enforcing?
