الطريقة الثانية Bolus insulin او Prandial
هذا ينفرز مع كل وجبة بكميات أعلى

تنفرز كمية بعد ال Breakfast
تنفرز كمية بعد ال lunch
تنفرز كمية بعد ال dinner

حتى ياخذ ال glucose المأخوذ من الوجبة ويدخله للخلايا
