⭕الجيل الأول والثاني يمتلكون Androgenic Effects قوية والاكثر قوة هو ال levonorgestrel ومن بعده ال norgestrel
ما دام يمتلكون تأثير اندروجيني قوي يعني ممكن يسببون acne and hirsutism ظهور حب الشباب ونمو الشعر في الوجه

⭕الجيل الثالث لا يمتلك تأثير اندروجيني او يمتلكون لكن ضعيف جدا فنسبة حصول الاثار الجانبية ال acne and hirsutism رح تكون قليلة جدا

Aspirin
Salicylate salts
Diflunisal

الاسبرين مشاكله الاساسية بالمعدة لذلك يسبب upper Git disturbance ممكن يسبب ulcer and bleeding(مهم)

بينما ال Diflunisal ميزه انه ما يمتلك تأثيرات خافضة للحرارة ما يمتلك antipyretic effect وتأثيراته على المعدة اقل من الاسبرين (مهم)

المجموعة الثانية هي الادوية المشتقة من ال acetic acids تتضمن:
Indomethacin
Sulindac
Tolmetin

ال indomethacin جدا قوي ونستعمله في حالة ما حصلنا فعالية من باقي العلاجات
مشكلته الاساسية ‌CNS Disturbance يسبب vertigo و dizzines و drowsiness دوار ودوخة ونعاس لذلك اذا المريض بحالة قيادة ننصحه بعدم استخدام هذا الدواء (مهم وزاري دور ثاني 2024)

فشنو حال الي يعاني من الـgoutـنقرس بهاي الحالة؟

نفس الشي لا تنسون اكو علاج من علاجات النقرس اسمه Probenecid
آلية عمله هي uricosuric drug يعني يعمل على زيادة اخراج ال uric acid من خلال تثبيط اعادة امتصاص ال uric acid

طيب اذا انطيت اسبرين وياه
همينه الاسبرين رح يتداخل وي عمله ويثبط اخراج ال uric acid ويرتفع مستواه بالدم
