1. No Hate Speech: Menfess should not contain any elements of hate or negativity.

2. Multiple Submissions Allowed: You are allowed to submit more than one menfess during the event.

3. Including Gifts: You may include a gift or token of appreciation for the person mentioned in your menfess.

4. Only for Specific Recipients: Menfess submissions are only allowed for members of NORWEGIA, NORWEYS Crew (MinCan), NORWEYS Talent, CALTAL NORWEYS, and NORWEYS Customers.

5. Mandatory Mention: Menfess must include the username or name of the person being mentioned.

6. Use Appropriate Hashtags: Add the correct hashtags to ensure your menfess is registered:

Setelah pembayaran dilakukan, harap kirimkan bukti pembayaran berupa tangkapan layar asli, tidak terpotong, dan tidak disensor sebagai validasi. Semua transaksi dilakukan melalui QRIS (mendukung seluruh e-wallet) dengan biaya tambahan +Rp1.000.

ⓘ BAGIAN KEEMPAT ──── BIAYA LAYANAN DI LUAR JAM OPERASIONAL.
Jam operasional talent adalah pukul 10.00–22.00 WIB. Di luar jam tersebut, layanan tidak tersedia kecuali pelanggan memilih Additional Request “Stay Up Late” dengan biaya tambahan.

ⓘ BAGIAN KELIMA ──── KETERSEDIAAN TALENT.
Setiap talent memiliki kesibukan pribadi dan tidak dapat online selama 24 jam. Mohon pengertian dan kesabaran Anda terhadap waktu mereka.

ⓘ BAGIAN KEENAM ──── PERMINTAAN PENGGANTIAN TALENT.
Jika talent yang dipilih tidak sesuai dengan kriteria atau preferensi Anda, Anda dapat mengajukan penggantian dengan menghubungi salah satu bot Norwegia. Tim kami akan membantu proses selanjutnya.
