The not-so-bad news is: at the center of grief, is a spot where your truth echoes. β£β£

At the center of your grief is a piece of awareness so intimately yours and so infinitely powerful, that it will continue to resonate within you throughout your lifetime. β£β£

The shocking, and often unexpected, exposure to just how much pain we can hold is also a shocking revelation of just how much love we are able to carry.β£β£
