In order to be able to help the Planet, we have had to reach down to where the Planet and Humanity are now in terms of their present state of Collective Consciousness, and try to bring this level up. And that is a tough job, although we have achieved some level of success. However, due to the density and the tough and chaotic planetary situation, we are not able to reach down and lift up the entire population, particularly those of the many less evolved Beings.
