I am almost speechless. How DARE we wait until . . . GASP - ELECTION DAY to cast a ballot in an election. As he says “you reap what you sow.” He then goes on to say we elect rulers, and that @KariLake attorneys brought a bunch of “conspiracy theories” into court. The judge doesn’t feel that way. He’s already commended the professionalism and quality of what has been brought forth in this case. This man should be ashamed. He may have sealed this case for Lake. Abhorrent.

Abe Hamadeh says thousands of provisionals were not counted. Maybe so. But his team was given discovery to look at any ballots they wanted and didn’t find them.

If this was due to obstruction and/or time constraints, then WHY DIDNT HIS ATTORNEY RAISE THE ISSUE IN COURT? Instead, Hamadeh’s attorney conceded to the defense that they didn’t find any evidence!

Hanadeh also mentions thousands of Arizonans were disenfranchised… Then why didn’t he bring that evidence to a courtroom? YOU filed the complaint and chose not to bring a count of voter disenfranchisement? Did you expect the judge to rule on evidence you didn’t bring to court?

Bro… You put 1 witness on the stand! 1 freaking witness… Her testimony was “hey we looked at 2600 ballots and didn’t find anything”… And you expect the judge to overturn an election based on that?!
