“Keep in mind that I will not be posting about each and every bill folder that I open but I wanted to let you know about the one that I just requested. It will be an election nullification if the election statutes are broken or the elections procedures manual is not followed. That election will be nullified and a new election must occur within 90 days after it has been determined that laws were broken. It will come with financial and criminal consequences for those who are violating it. I will keep you posted about the viability of this bill and how it shapes up.”

Arizona is one of 22 OSHA-approved state plans that have exclusive responsibility for the development and enforcement of occupational safety and health standards within their states.
Under Arizona’s long-approved state-plan procedures, the Industrial Commission has exclusive authority to decide if, when, and to what extent the State of Arizona will adoptthe OSHA vaccination ETS.

Multi-State Rollout Planned for Virginia’s Election Fraud Defense System | Epoch Times
10 Months in the Making
In February, a group of grassroots non-profits began an election integrity drive with the aim of using the Virginia gubernatorial election as a beta to “restore trust” in elections. They formed the Virginia Fair Elections Coalition, composed of over 20 mostly conservative groups. Both the Conservative Partnership Institute and Virginia Institute for Public Policy are partner organizations.
According to Cleta Mitchell, a senior legal fellow at the Conservative Partnership Institute, the entire cycle — from forming a coalition to dispatching new watchers to polls — takes almost a year.
They are confident that what has worked in Virginia can be replicated in other states.
Such actions are already underway. On November 10th, an 18-city tour will kick off in Georgia to start building a similar coalition there, according to Jenny Beth Martin, co-founder of the Tea Party Patriots, a non-profit based in Georgia and a coalition partner. She said similar election integrity initiatives didn’t run in New Jersey, another state which had a gubernatorial election in November, as the coalition focused on Virginia as the pilot state.

Senate Candidate Jim Lamon Talks Tough on China… While Doing Business With Them | National Pulse
As a candidate for the U.S. Senate seat in Arizona, businessman Jim Lamon has claimed that he will put America First and stand up to Communist China. But when it comes to his business practices, he clearly has no intention of putting his money where his mouth is.
Lamon has said that he will “defeat the Communist Party,” and that as a Senator, he will see to it “that goods coming into the U.S. are not made with cheap slave labor, unfettered environmental pollution, and unsafe working conditions.” He has even claimed that his own company, Depcom Power, focuses on buying “American First.”
“We don’t buy Chinese products,” Lamon said in May 2021. But the records tell a different story.
As recently as October of 2020, Depcom had imported several million kilograms of solar supplies from a Chinese company called HT Solar; accounting for just over three-fourths of all trade with Depcom. HT Solar is far and away Depcom’s largest trading partner. It is a subsidiary of HT-SAAE, which is entirely owned and operated by the Communist Chinese government, operating under the China Aerospace Science Technology Corporation (CASC), a government-owned enterprise that was first established in 1956.
But Lamon’s business dealings with China do not end there. Depcom has also done business with multiple Chinese companies that benefit from slave labor by Uyghur Muslims in China’s Xinjiang region.

With all of Lamon’s Chinese dealings over the years, it is no surprise that Lamon was openly critical of both President Trump’s tariffs against China and his skepticism of “green energy” alternatives. Lamon was prominently featured in a TIME magazine article in 2018 in which he lamented President Trump’s cracking down on trade with China, and admitted to lobbying the Trump Administration to rethink its approach to solar power and trade with China.
Lamon’s track record has indeed been consistent on this issue; but it is consistent in the complete opposite direction of an “America First” agenda. His empty campaign rhetoric should not overshadow his years of business deals with numerous Chinese companies, and his frequent vigorous defense of such transactions.
