They knew Sharpies bled through non-durable paper, which exactly why they printed thousands of ballots on the non-durable paper and got the Sharpies ready to hand out to all the TRUMP VOTERS they knew would show up on election day. To ensure the ballot was rejected by the tabulation machines in case the Sharpies didn't cause enough bleed through, they also ensured these non-durable paper ballots were printed OFF CENTER. Once the ballot was rejected, that allowed them to either toss it or adjucate it and switch it to a vote for Biden. Pretty crafty, eh? What did everybody learn here? Even with just paper ballots, these county officials have figured out a way to game the system and get a lot of ballots rejected so they can 'fix' them and 'adjust' them. How many elections have local and state officials pulled tricks like this to get ballots set aside and then 'fixed'?

I also added my previous briefing documents on the Maricopa County Dominion RFP and my data analysis, the deceased voter grassroots research, and my conclusions from the 2020 General Election

Our work resulted in an indictment of voter fraud by [AZ Attorney] General Brnovich.

I highly recommend Karen Fann, Warren Petersen [& the] AZ Senate Republicans consider expanding the audit.

At this point we are left with more questions than answers from Maricopa County.

I believe AZ Senate Republicans benefit from an additional 3rd party review on the security and tech items [pic 2)

Arizona Senate Judiciary Chairman Warren Peterson poses excellent questions to the Legacy media:

Why isn't the media getting answers for these questions raised at the hearing by the auditors?

1. Why were 37,000 queries made on the Election server on a single day in March which churned the logs so the logs from election day could not be seen?

2. Why won't the County provide images of the envelopes for the mail in ballots?

3. Why won't the County provide the splunk logs?

4. Why were duplicate ballots missing the serial numbers as required by ARS 16-621 and why were there multiples with the same number?

We Don’t Have to Live with the Results of a Fraudulent Election | War Room

John Eastman, a Constitutional lawyer and former Trump advisor, weighs in on AZ State Senate President Karen Fann’s assertion that the state legislature has no authority to remedy a fraudulent election.

Eastman acknowledges that while we are in uncharted territory, there are several things we can point to:

1) The 1960 Hawaii election precedent, in which the Governor certified a new slate of electors after they discovered error in the initial certification. However, this is not a 1:1 example since the correction was made before the electors were counted by Congress.

2) Section 2 of Title 3 of the United States Code recognizes the authority of the legislature to fix election problems. According to Eastman’s interpretation, it says that “when a state has had an election and has failed to make a choice on the day that was prescribed by law, meaning the choice that was made… was fraudulently given because of the illegal votes, the electors may be appointed on a subsequent day in such manner as the legislature in such state may direct.”

3) Common law, which establishes that “when you have fraud, the actions taken pursuant to the fraud are unraveled after the discovery of the fraud.” This known as “void ab initio,” which means that fraud taints everything resulting from it.

“We have ample authority to fix this problem, we don’t have to live with a fraudulent election,” Eastman explains. Although “the Constitution does not set out a remedy, it does not foreclose remedies.” However, he affirms that “the precondition for discussion of possible remedies is definitive proof of not only election fraud… significant enough to have effected the results of an election in enough states to have affected the results of the electoral college vote.”

Arizona Congressional Candidate Josh Pushes for AZ Senate to Issue a Warrant for the Evidence Maricopa County is Withholding | National File

Josh Barnett, a Congressional candidate for Arizona’s 7th District and a stalwart AZ audit advocate, proposes the Senate Judiciary Chair bypass the courts and issue a warrant for routers and other items not turned over by Maricopa County:

“To get a warrant, we need a written report from the Chairman of the Judiciary Committee, Senator Warren Petersen, signed off by Senate President Fann. Then we can send a Sergeant at Arms to go pick this stuff up. We don’t need courts involved. I told Warren [Petersen] this… They do NOT need to vote on it. The Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman can issue the written report himself,” Barnett explained. He added that Arizona governmental super-lawyer Alex Kolodin confirmed that this tactic is proper and legitimate.

National File points out that “the Mason’s Manual of Legislative Procedure, which is recognized by the Arizona legislature as ‘a procedural and parliamentary manual that supplements the Constitution, statutes and House and Senate Rules,’ acknowledges that a Senate committee can issue a warrant. The Mason’s Manual states: ‘No affidavit charging contempt need be filed before a house to authorize it to issue its warrant to arrest a contumacious person who refuses to testify before one of its committees. The written report of the committee is sufficient authority for the issuance of the warrant.’”

#SharpieGate is real.

They printed election day ballots on thinner paper and told in person voters they "NEED" to use sharpies.

The majority of election day voters were Trump supporters and the Cyber Ninjas have documented how bleed-through issues due to sharpies and thin paper sent in-person ballots to adjudication.

The state of Arizona had a 550% increase in adjudicated ballots with over 11% of ballots being sent to adjudication.

In Maricopa, thousands of adjudicated ballots were duplicated and those duplications are missing serial numbers tying them back to their original ballots.

This is pre-planned, pre-printed, widespread election fraud.

🚨Call to action #1🚨

First up today, lets continue to make sure the intergovernmental operations Committee know that they have "we the peoples" support when it comes time to vote on sending subpeonas out.

We know per studying the manual they need at least 6 people to show up for a vote and we want to make sure they are aware that we know that.

We are asking as many people as possible please voice your POSITIVE support to these legislators and let them know we appreciate them stepping up and doing their job to protect our elections here in Pennsylvania.

Evidence to Soon Be Presented to Citizens Grand Jury of Interstate Conspiracy to Manufacture/Harvest Counterfeit Ballots in AZ for Use in GA 2020 Election

Eye witness accounts of ballot manufacturing/harvesting operations in Arizona during and after the 2020 U.S. general election are now being brought before a ‘We The People’ case using a ‘citizens grand jury’ in Georgia. The evidence suggests that ballots were sent from AZ to GA.

The following is an excerpt from a statement by retired police officer Gerald Buglione taken on Monday July 19th 2021. Mr Buglione resides in Arizona and will testify before the Grand Jury.

Q) In your role of security officer for the [Wigwam Resort, Litchfield Arizona] did you come across a situation that you thought unusual? and can you explain what occurred ?

A) Yes I did, In September of 2020 a company called Fieldworks LLC rented 2 ballrooms for six weeks preceding the 2020 presidential election, as part of my duties I was to check on and secure all hotel facilities and ballrooms…

During their time, there I observed people constantly moving in and out of the ballrooms and they were moving boxes back and forth in and out. The ballrooms were filled with computers and workers and boxes of voting ballots.  One day there was a Federal express package at the desk for them and I delivered it to the ballroom, no one was at the door so I went in looking for someone, when I went into the ballroom with the package I saw voting ballots loaded in bins, the room was filled with them. I was then approached by a Fieldworks worked and they told me I was not allowed to be in there. I told them I was bringing them a package. They took the package and told me to leave. These were the same boxes that they were wheeling in and out the whole time, I then found out that they were hiring workers from Arizona to drive to Georgia and work there. Also the Fieldworks group was working strange hours, coming in extra early and parking with immunity, not following any of the rules…

Q)What were feelings based on these observations ?

A) Based on my experience in investigations and what I knew about the presidential election I believed this was election fraud and ballot harvesting.

RINO Senator Paul Boyer🦏 Continues to Trash the AZ Audit

Does Brnovich Have a Backbone?
OANN Questions Whether the AZ AG Is an Invertebrate |
OANN

Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich has had a verbal about-face in the election fraud fight. Last fall he claimed #sharpiegate was a sham and argued that a risk-limiting “audit” of 2% of precincts affirmed the controversial Juicebox Joe🧃victory.

Now, as he enters the U.S. Senate race against Republican polling-favorite Blake Masters, his tune has changed. Will Brnovich grow a spine and hold the Maricopa County Supervisors accountable and investigate the fraud findings or is this a lip-service campaign? Senator Kelly Townsend joins Natalie Harp to discuss the AZ audit and Brnovich’s backbone🦴

Beyond Boyer: What Are the Other Options for AZ Audit Subpoena Enforcement?

Legislative subpoenas are traditionally enforced via a contempt resolution, which requires a majority vote. Senate swing-vote Paul Boyer voted against holding the Maricopa County Supervisors in contempt on February 8th and has subsequently trashed the AZ audit, calling it an “embarrassment.” However, even if Boyer miraculously left the RINO camp, the Senate is now adjourned for the year and cannot hold another subpoena enforcement vote while they’re out of session.

What are the other options?

1️⃣ Can the Senate issue a warrant? Josh Barnett recently argued that Senate Judiciary Chairman Warren Petersen has the power to issue a warrant authorized by Senate President Karen Fann. Alex Kolodin, the Senate’s attorney, will be discussing the idea tonight at 9ET.

2️⃣ Ask the Attorney General to investigate. Senator Kelly Townsend has called on AG Mark Brnovich to investigate the Maricopa County election irregularities and the Supervisors’ obstruction and non-compliance. We can support Townsend’s request by reaching out to Brnovich:

☎️ 602-542-5025
💻 AGInfo@azag.gov

3️⃣ File FOIA requests for the Splunk logs and other missing information. This is an area we’re investigating.

4️⃣ Go back to court. Senate President Karen Fann mentioned this option at the end of the July 15 Senate Hearing. In a recent John Fredericks interview, Ken Bennett explained that the Board of Supervisors can’t be held in contempt of court because the Senate issued the subpoenas — the jurisdiction lies with the Senate not the court. What about a motion to compel? Attorney Alex Kolodin will hopefully shed more light on the court-related options in his interview tonight.

5️⃣ Issue new subpoenas. Some of the missing items were not included in the original subpoenas and it now appears that Dominion holds the password authentication tokens. However, this seems like a weak option if the existing subpoenas have not been shown to be enforceable.

This is a corral of ideas and questions, not definitive answers. Solution-sleuthing is aided by discussion - let us know your thoughts. We’d love any attorneys to weigh-in.
