So let me get this straight, Maricopa County Supervisors claim they cannot use the Dominion machines because they could have been tampered with (by read only software) and SoS Hobbs agrees, yet they have never given up the passwords and dongle so auditors can examine the inner workings of the machines? Riiiiiight. Here's an idea, hold off on buying new machines MCBOS, if the AZ Legislature bans the use of them and requires hand tabulation, you won't need them anyhow and you will save the TAXPAYERS a ton of money.

Why is Republican Senator Ugenti-Rita Killing Election Integrity Bills⁉️

@KellyTownsend: “Michelle Ugenti-Rita, candidate for AZ Secretary of State, just killed my bill, SB1241, which had over 34 serious election integrity and security provisions, because she was mad that I didn't get her permission to run them.”

This was one of our most important election integrity bills!

"If their machines can't undergo a forensic audit to verify what happened in an election, then [they] never should have approved those machines to be used in an election in the first place."

Ugenti-Rita Kills Townsend's Election Security Measures for Revenge? | Kelly Townsend

Townsend ended up having to vote no on her own bill so that it could be reconsidered.

No Republican should be killing election integrity bills, let alone one running for Secretary of State. While Ugenti-Rita is voting to uphold the status quo rules that enabled a fraudulent 2020 election, her opponent, SoS candidate @MarkFinchemAZ, is drafting solutions.

ALERT Liz Harris was just on Frank Speech. She asked if everyone would TODAY CALL Karen Fann, Arizona's State President at 602 926-5874 and ask her to setup a Concurrent Special Session and ask for the other 14 counties to be audited. She said it's crucial

Even if the voting machines weren't hooked up to the internet, the USB drives used to program the machines and tally the votes are plugged into computers hooked up to the internet.

Obviously, with NBC reporting ES&S installed 14,000 modems into their machines and reports of Dominion remotely accessing their machines in Georgia and Michigan, the machines are simply just hooked up to the internet.

But otherwise, the simplest attack vector would be the USB drives - used to install malicious vote swapping programs - or swapped out to alter vote tallies.

This article does a good job of summarizing all of the missing USB sticks, stolen USB sticks, and other USB anomalies during the 2020 election.

‼️ Call to Action: Demand a Concurrent Special Session — Sine Die Vote Expected Today❗️

Subject: We ask the AZ Legislature to Create a Concurrent Special Session

Dear Senator,

Election Integrity is vital for all citizens and transcends party lines. A bi-partisan effort must take place to restore confidence to the American people that our elections are secure and honest and that our vote counts. The forensic audit report of the Maricopa County ballots is conflicting with pressures to close the current legislature session (Sine Die).

To restore confidence in our election system I am REQUESTING:

• The Arizona Senate to declare a concurrent special session
• Gavel into the special session and declare a recess until the audit report is received by the senate
• Sine Die from the current session

We also ask the Az Senate to issue an order to forensically audit the 2020 ballots for the remaining Arizona counties.

Sincerely,

YOURNAME

BREAKING: Gov. Doug Ducey signs $12.8 billion tax-cutting state budget that includes laws for banning CRT, mandatory masks and 💉 jabs in K-12

SIGNED: "Today I signed a fiscally conservative, forward-looking budget that invests in key areas while securing the single largest tax cut in state history. ..." - Gov. Doug Ducey

"Arizona House and Senate just banned Critical Race Theory, mandatory masks and mandatory vaccines in K-12. ..."- Rep. Leo Biasiucci

Doug Ducey signed the AZ budget, which changes the state's progressive income tax to a flat tax rate of 2.5%.

The budget also:
▪️Bans the teaching of critical race theory.

▪️Strips the Secretary of State of the ability to defend against election lawsuits and gives that power to the Attorney General.

▪️Creates a $12 million election integrity fund to pay for election security updates and future hand recounts.

▪️ Lays out a series of security features for ballot paper, such as watermarks or holograms, though it does not require them.

▪️ Blocks mask and vaccine mandates in schools and universities.

Huge Letdown: AZ Legislature Has Adjourned Sine Die for the Year

They mention the possibility of a special session “in a few months” but that would require a 2/3 vote or the cooperation of dirtbag Ducey.

Out of session, they cannot:

address the voting machines

pass new election integrity legislation before the 2022 primary

enforce subpoenas

consider decertifying electors

do anything but investigate

Even Ken Bennett asked them to stay in session!

AZ Senate Sine Die Committee Celebrates Adjournment for the Year | Kelly Townsend

In the House, 15 Republicans voted against sine die, including Representatives Hoffman, Burges, Fillmore, Chaplik, Grantham, and 10 more 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

In the Senate President Karen Fann refused to allow a roll call vote — 3 Republican senators objected; however, sources inside the Senate tell us that had Fann allowed the roll call vote, upwards of 12 senators would’ve voted to stay in session.

What Happens Out of Session? Recommendations.

Post audit, Senator Townsend has set up a committee to “recommend action (to include a special session)” — but again, calling a special session requires either Ducey or a 2/3 vote.

Supreme Court Upholds Arizona Voter Fraud Protections Huge Defeat for the Democrat Party

The Supreme Court upheld Arizona voting rules that restrict ballot harvesting and the submission of provisional ballots outside of one’s home precinct.

In a 6-3 decision on Tuesday, the court ruled that neither the policy requiring provisional ballots to be completely disregarded if submitted at the wrong precinct nor the law making it a felony to submit another person’s ballot (with limited exceptions) violate Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act. The decision overturned a ruling by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
