AZ Audit Director Ken Bennett Says “It’s Very Concerning” that Dominion Apparently Has Passwords & Control of Maricopa County Voting Systems

The Gateway Pundit reporter Jordan Conradson asked Ken about the Board of Supervisors’ claim that County officials DO NOT HAVE the passwords or administrative access to the Dominion voting systems.

Ken Bennett: Well, if they don’t have the passwords to the administrative functions then it has to be Dominion —which is very concerning to us that they don’t have complete control over their election systems. But maybe they’ll have an explanation for the Senate. And I think the Senate is equally concerned about that. Those drives that were subpoenaed so far have not been produced. So that will unfold over the next few days.

In all 11 Arizona counties for which Dr Frank had data, he is able to predict the number of returned ballots with near perfect accuracy; his predicted values have a 99.2% average correlation with the actual returned ballot numbers. The odds of a human-behavior forecast achieving a near 100% correlation with the actual results is infinitesimal.

Based on his research, Dr Frank estimates that Maricopa County had 200K shadow (fake) ballots. He concludes that “ballots are harvested at the precinct level, managed at the county level, and decided at the state level.”

Why Did Maricopa Have a 12% Adjudication Rate? Sharpies Helped.

Sharpies were used on Election Day to help ensure that a large number of ballots went to “adjudication,” a process in which votes can be manually determined by an election supervisor.

Normal adjuration rates are less than 2%. Maricopa had an error rate of nearly 12%. County Recorder Adrian Fontes’ ballot spoiling instructions also likely contributed to the large number of adjudicated ballots.

If There's Nothing to Hide, Why Are Democrats Freaking Out about the Arizona Audit? | American Thinker

Compare the highly professional audit taking place in Arizona to the orchestrated chaos of the presidential election. It took five days last November for vote-counters to find enough mail-in ballots for Joe Biden for the Democrat press corps to declare him the winner, and in the voting precincts where Trump leads disappeared over those days, transparency was nowhere to be seen. Vote-counters covered windows with cardboard to block outside observation of any kind; counting paused and restarted in secret; and ad hoc procedures were established on the fly and without consistency from one precinct to the next when determining whether to include ballots lacking legally required voter identification metrics, including even the rudimentary safety protocol of a loosely matching voter signature. If "free and fair" elections require basic security, verification of ballot authenticity, and consistently applied standards at least across the precincts and counties of any one state, then there was obviously nothing free or fair about the 2020 election.

The remarkable thing is that most Americans have actually come to this correct conclusion.  After six months of some of the worst gaslighting in America's history, during which corporate news propagandists and tech behemoths have colluded with federal and state authorities to paint the presidential election as aboveboard and all those who question its legitimacy as kooks, "extremists," "violent insurrectionists," and "terrorists," the nearly universal narrative drumbeat from the press and the psychological warfare deployed against regular Americans have failed miserably in their desired effect.  Whether spray-painted on highway overpasses, discussed in uncensored online forums, or spoken aloud, more and more Americans have concluded that the election was stolen from President Trump.

Maricopa County Elections Witness Testifies that Dominion Ran Entire Election – County Officials and Observers NEVER HAD Access or Passwords! (Video)

Back on November 30, 2020, Maricopa County elections witness Jan Bryant testified before the Arizona legislature.

Jan said back on November 30, 2020, that Maricopa County officials DID NOT RUN THE ELECTION!  Dominion employees John and Bruce did.

Jan’s testimony might explain why Maricopa County officials do not have administrative passwords or access to the Dominion voting machines.

“So I’m, I was in the tabulation center six different days. Day and night shifts. And no county employees, no IT people, no one else was touching any of the software. They (Dominion) did all the training for the adjudicators, they ran all the reports. And so I brought this up on my very first day in the room. I said this doesn’t seem right, as a person with my background. Never in a million years would I turn my company’s most important things over to someone else. And there’s only two guys (Dominion’s Bruce & John) and they had whole control of everything.

I also participated in the (2%) random ballot selection for hand audit. Picking the ballots, you know, determining which bins we were going to select. And even with that, Dominion ran the report for it (which bins to pull).”

Back in March 2020, Maricopa County's Scott Jarrett Seemed Awfully Nervous | Can Conn

On Friday, Senate attorney Kory Langhofer announced the Senate’s intention to subpoena Jarrett and the 5 County Supervisors for testimony on Monday if the routers and administrative passwords were not turned over by end of day.

OUTRAGEOUS: Maricopa County Attorney Claims They Can’t Provide Routers and Passwords to Auditors – Here’s Why This Is Dubious | TGP

On May 3rd, the Maricopa County Attorney’s office issued a statement explaining that they would not be able to provide the routers and passwords requested by the auditors. .

The first paragraph of the County’s response letter claims:

“delivering routers, or “virtual images” of routers, posed a significant security risk to law enforcement data utilized by the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office as well as numerous federal agencies. We had previously believed that the risk would be eliminated by redacting the law enforcement data on the routers and not producing it”.

As GOP Chair Kelli Ward described in her video this morning, this response is nonsensical because, according to a Gateway Pundit IT expert, routers only show the traffic between entities. Routers record date and time stamps of traffic flow to/from entities and these timestamps are by the second and are not editable.

In the second paragraph, the County states:

“Providing routers or virtual images of routers puts sensitive, confidential data belonging to Maricopa County’s citizens— including social security numbers and protected health information at risk as well. As a result, the County cannot at this time provide the virtual images of routers. The County knows that the Senate would not want to do anything that would endanger the lives of law enforcement officers, their operations, or the protected health information and personal data of Maricopa County’s citizens.”

Since the routers don’t record and save the information transferred to and from the County it is not possible to see any data with social security numbers and health info in routers. This is total BS – said one of the Gateway Pundit experts who teviewed the County’s statement.

In the fourth and final paragraph the County addresses their inability to provide passwords:

“Additionally, you wrote me on April 30, 2021, asking that the County provide additional passwords, user names, and/or security keys utilized with the County’s precinct-based tabulators. The County has provided every password, user name, and security key in its custody or control, as commanded by the Senate’s subpoenas, and does not have any others.”

This is extremely concerning. The County needs the admin system passwords to run their election systems.  If their claim is true, it suggests that the County ceded supervisory authority of their election tabulators to another entity.  Unfortunately, several reports point to evidence that partisan Dominion was in full control of the Maricopa County election operations:

The Arizona Democrat Party files stipulation to dismiss their election audit challenge following last week's Settlement Agreement

Last week, the Arizona Democratic Party/ Supervisor Gallardo v. Fann/ Cyber Ninjas et al reached a Settlement Agreement. Following acceptance of the agreement, the AZ Dems filed a Stipulation to Dismiss the case late Friday. The agreement gives parties the right to go back to court if there are unaddressed breaches of the agreement.
