a few examples of other BIM models that I have also worked on, and for which the same modeling method was used

Lakhta Center in St. Petersburg was my first significant project where I used the Rhino+Revit workflow to design the facade skin. This was in 2015, before Rhino.Inside was available, and I used Flux_io and Grevit to transfer the geometry from Grasshopper.
Project design: RMJM and Gorproject
My role: BIM management by the main contractor (Gorproject). Development of facade geometry and BIM model for the detailed design phase.

a few screenshots from Revit. we designed everything in BIM, including steel structures and MEP. for 2015 it was tricky) I think we've prepared a couple thousand families for MEP alone.

Google a few days ago released a new video model Veo3 and a service called Flow, where you can create movies and clips. It's not available in Europe yet, so I haven't tried it myself (although it's probably possible via VPN), but other people's videos look awesome. In addition to the quality of the video itself, you can generate sound and character speech, including dialogs. Here is a short tutorial on how to use it:

Right after the PA Academy workshop I went to Osaka for EXPO, so I didn't have time to share the results, but we were able to write a huge script during these 4 days that builds a random structure from predefined elements using Wasp and sends the result to #revit, and then did some renders in #comfyui in 30 minutes at the end.
