The ugly 1960s modernist extension was removed and replaced by a new pavilion and walled garden which stand in harmony with the original house (built 1610).

Designed by Groves-Raines Architects.

This great baroque palace in Poland was built in the 18th century by a noble Prussian family, plundered by the red army after WWII and later burnt down.

Polish businessman Dariusz Miłek bought the ruins and restored the palace.
The revival of architecture will mean a comeback for skilled craftsmen.
