May 8, 1945. As France celebrates the Nazis’ defeat, a young scout waves the Algerian flag on the other side of the Mediterranean. 45,000 Algerian civilians are massacred in cold blood in Setif, Guelma and Kherrata.
a reminder that the colonial powers were brutal and they still are, and the only thing that makes it more acceptable for the people is their dominance over propaganda and social networks.

“... On the 9th of may, the day of victory against nazism and fascism in the world, we say it proudly: this victory, had it not been for the Soviet Union and The Red Army ,the Soviet Army this victory wouldnt have been. It could’ve been until this day that some nations are still plighted by fascism had it not been for this great victory that costed the Soviet Union millions and millions of martyrs.”
-Secretary General of the Democratic Popular Party in Lebanon 9/5/2021

"To the children of fascism (Israel and the lebanese extreme right/Kataeb & LF), we say: It is a pleasure for us to spit in your faces. We'll fight you even with our nails. Our fist is the compass of history, and our shot of freedom breaks through the wall of your heart beating with death crouching in your ribs. And we say: we will build a homeland that will rise up stone by stone over graves dirty of you. You are the trashcan of history, and Beirut is the city of the free people who swore: We will resist you."
-Mehdi Amel prior to the Israeli 1982 invasion

2)"The resistance breaks in Al bayada base and it's forces flee"
3)"The south liberates the homeland"
4)"The rifles of the resistance draws the border"
