The Faculty of Computing, Engineering and Built Environment fully fund this #PhDscholarship. The appointed PhD candidate will be based at the College of Built Environment.

➡ Teenage girls demonstrate the sharpest decrease in physical activity upon entering adolescence, with 85% not meeting the World Health Organization’s physical activity recommendations globally.

➡ This PhD scholarship will investigate how teenage girls experience urban environments and explore the potential of digital interventions in creating safe, active and inclusive spaces for them.
