امسال سویس بود که رتبه نخست جدول را به خود اختصاص داد و با امتیاز کامل 10 بالاتر از همه قرار گرفت و بهترین کشور دنیا شناخته شد. کانادا با 9.7 امتیاز در رده دوم ایستاد.
در این رده بندی 80 کشور دنیا درتحقیق مشترک دانشکده وارتون دانشگاه پنسیلوانیا ، موسسه مشاوره Young & Rubicam BAV و مجله U.S. News & World Report مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند و فاکتورهای مختلف از جمله شرایط اقتصادی ، شهروندی ، کیفیت زندگی در نظرسنجی از 21 هزار نفر در سرتاسر دنیا مورد نظر قرار گرفت. این نظرسنجی ها بعد از انتخابات آمریکا صورت گرفت.

✅کمیسیون قضائی مجلس تصویب کرد
تعیین مجازات برای خرید و فروش پایاننامه
سخنگوی کمیسیون قضایی و حقوقی مجلس شورای اسلامی از مصوبه این کمیسیون خبر داد که بر اساس آن برای خرید و فروش پایاننامه مجازات در نظر گرفته میشود.
حسن نوروزی در گفتوگو با ایسنا، اظهار کرد: لایحه پیشگیری از تقلب در آثار علمی که در پنج ماده و هفت تبصره به مجلس ارائه شده بود، در جلسه امروز کمیسیون قضایی و حقوقی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و پنج ماده آن تصویب شد و بررسی تبصرهها به جلسه بعدی کمیسیون موکول شد.
وی افزود: به موجب مصوبه کمیسیون از این به بعد افراد یا شرکتهایی که بخواهند نسبت به فروش پایاننامه، رساله و مقاله اقدام کنند، مجرم شناخته میشوند و به مجازات درجه سه و پلمب موسسه مربوطه محکوم میشوند.
نوروزی خاطرنشان کرد: در مصوبه کمیسیون به هیأت تخلفات دانشگاه اجازه داده شده که نسبت به رسیدگی به تخلفات دانشجویان، اساتید یا اعضای هیات علمی دراین رابطه رسیدگی کنند و آنها را به اخراج در دانشگاه، فسخ قرارداد یا مجازات دیگری محکوم کنند.
نماینده مردم رباط کریم در مجلس با بیان این که طبق مصوبه کمیسیون قضائی و حقوقی مجلس فروش پایانهنامه از این به بعد ممنوع خواهد شد، افزود، به موجب این مصوبه هم کسانی که آثار علمی را میفروشند و هم کسانی که آن را میخرند و یا موسساتی که در فضای مجازی اقدام به این کار میکنند مشمول مجازات خواهند شد.
نوروزی اضافه کرد: بر این اساس روسای دانشگاههای مربوطه یا دادستان به عنوان مدعی العموم میتوانند در این زمینه ورود کنند و ضابطان نیز دورههای خاصی خواهند دید تا طبق دستور دادستان نسبت به کشف جرم اقدام کنند.
به گزارش ایسنا، مصوبات کمیسیونهای تخصصی مجلس پس از تصویب نهایی در صحن علنی مجلس و تایید شورای نگهبان تبدیل به قانون خواهند شد.

بر اساس سیزدهمین آمار گیری سالانه در سراسر جهان لندن به عنوان گران ترین شهر دنیا برای زندگی انتخاب شد.
در این تحقیق ۴۰۶ بازار مسکن شهری در ۹ کشور جهان مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در این بررسی مشخص شد سنگین ترین بازارهای مسکن به کشور ها استرالیا، نیوزیلند، چین، کانادا، بریتانیا و آمریکا تعلق دارد.
محققان بر این عقیده هستند که قیمت سرسام آور مسکن در این شهر ها نشانه موفقیت آنها نیست بلکه نشانه شکست در فراهم آوردن مسکن برای شهروندان است.
