App Manager v2.5.3

- Auto detection of root (if you deny root permission, it'll be considered as non-root device)
- App usage now displays more accurate data than it previously was (still incomplete though)
- Added exodus link (due to limitations, I only added the latest version)
- Added user preferences to disable root, enable blocking for all apps, disable app usage

Announcement

Many of you want to import rules from Blocker, which is coming in v2.5.4. But I cannot provide full support for Blocker since it's exported data is broken for providers. If you're blocking providers using Blocker, you'll have to manually block them again in my app.

- App Usage UI is improved by the addition of data usage, times opened and sorting capabilities
- Added the ability to import from Blocker and Watt (in Settings)
- Added sort by disabled app and blocked components in the main window
- Display external data directories in App Info
- Fixed data usage since last boot in App Info
- Sorting preference is now saved permanently (main window only)
