Somehow the server got blocked by the hosting provider for "Abuse: DDoS, Brute Force, Portscan, etc."
I have no clue why, because the server isn't being used for malicious purposes (and was only recently re-installed).
The bots are currently down. 🙄

Be sure that I'm going to migrate my bots to somewhere else as soon as I find the time to. This is so annoying.
I can't tell when the bots will be back at the moment, sorry.

PROGRESS UPDATE
I'm going to migrate the bots somewhere else.

For two reasons, ThirtyOne and Wizard will probably be down for yet another while:
- There are multiple possible options for the new server and am yet figuring out the best one.
- They were written with Windows in mind, but are going to run on a Linux server in the future, so some code needs to be adapted.

This message will keep you updated about my progress in getting the bots back online.
I don't want to flood this channel, so check this message for updates on all my bots.

[New donation page]
Hello everyone,
since we moved away from the old hosting provider, we can no longer use its feature of accepting donations for the server.

Instead, we have created a Ko-Fi page where you can donate to help us keep the server running.
Donating is absolutely no requirement for anyone, but I'm glad for every motivation to keep my bots online and perhaps create new ones some time?

As before, per 5€ you donate, you can get a custom badge in @ThirtyOneBot as a little reward.
To donate, click here or go to @ThirtyOneBot and use the /donate command. The payment will currently go to my friend Florian on whose server the bots are hosted.

Hey everyone, @ThirtyOneBot was down for some hours.
Interestingly, the bot didn't crash or run out of CPU, but it appeared to just not receive any messages anymore.
The bot is back up now, I hope that this doesn't happen again.

[@WizardGameBot Update]
The Wizard Game Bot has received an update with a few new game modes in order to have shorter games, since Wizard games tend to be very long. You can now use the following commands:

/startfull
Play a game with all rounds (like before this update)

/starthalf
Play a game with only even rounds (2, 4, 6, ...)

/startshort
Play a game with only half as many rounds as usual

/startlate
Play only the last third of a game's rounds. (For example, with 4 players, the game starts at round 10/15).

/startgame
Start a game with the preferred game mode of the group. Group admins can change that in /config, the default setting remains Full game.

If you haven't heard of Wizard before, feel free to join @PlayWizard! The game is more complex than Thirty-One, but it's really fun :)

For now, you cannot start new games. I will wait until the current games ended, then let you know when the reboot is complete and you can continue playing.

[ThirtyOne Database Bug]
@ThirtyOneBot appears to have a problem with saving played games to the database - the played games are not saved. Possibly other information, such as achievements, aren't saved either. You can still play with the bot, just note that your stats are going to be incorrect (most likely, will not change even when you play). I'll try to figure this out in the next days.

[Scheduled Server Maintenance]
Tomorrow, 25.09., starting around 16:00 UTC, my bots will stop accepting new games and eventually stop working temporarily. This is due to planned maintenance on the server. I will notify you here once the bots are back online, this operation will probably take a couple hours.

The maintenance is complete and all the bots are back online!

Hi everyone, the server with all my bots appears to have crashed. I will look into this in some hours, and hopefully get everything back running. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Edit: ThiryOne appears to be working again for the moment, Wizard still seems to be down.
No guarantee that anything is running stable right now 🤷‍♂

The issue is fully resolved now, it had to do with problems in the internet connection upon which Wizard crashed.

All bots are back now 🎉

[Small update to @WizardGameBot]
I just released two small updates :D

• /points command: You can use it to find the latest points list in the game (Similar to /players in @ThirtyOneBot).
(Edit: This doesn't seem to work yet 🙈)

• Show Total Bids setting: You can enable this setting to make the bot send the total number of bids when the round starts
(Useful not only for people who are lazy to calculate, but also for Secret Bid games: You can use this setting to know the total bids, but not the individual ones).
