I never understood my anger until i saw this quote:
"Your anger is part of you that knows your mistreatment and abuse are unacceptable. Your anger knows you deserve to be treated well and with kindness. Your anger is a part of you that loves you, " and this hits different. I totally agree because our anger is a response to something that we don't want, and we know that we don't deserve it. It's toxic sometimes if we perceives but if we try to understand it, anger is self-love. You are disagreeing on something that you knew you don't deserve.
