61 people were indicted today on RICO charges related to the #Antifa connected Stop Cop City riots and criminality. Several also have additional charges of domestic terrorism, arson, and money laundering. Should be more info on names and documents later today…

The exact wording for SPLC Lawyer Thomas Jurgens in the indictment is that he “did join an organized mob and succeeded in overwhelming the police force, thereby aiding and abetting in the offense of Arson and Domestic Terrorism"

Wallace was granted a change of venue for the trial, citing media attention on the case. It was moved to Clay County (80 miles away from Daytona)

Justin Christopher Moore, the #antifa rioter who brought a box of molotovs to the 2020 Labor day riot at the Seattle Police Officer’s Guild building was sentenced to 40 months in federal prison today.
Moore was caught thanks to a number of people talking. Danielle McMillan got 12 months "community custody" for her cooperation. Mario Reets (Moore's roomate) also identified him to cops after he had allegedly stabbed him. Reets ran the 'Antifa equity outreach' nonprofit in 2020

Jury found NFAC member Othal Wallace guilty of the lesser included offense of manslaughter for murdering police officer Jason Raynor by shooting him in the head.
