Can 100% confirm now he got time served (26 months). Also 3 years probation + 14k in restitution.

It's very unusual for it to take 3 months for a judgment to be filed. Not sure what went on there. The judge who sentenced him to just 26 months is the one ruling in the Ricky Vaughn case.
