Again, note the clear planning that has taken place. The bricks/rocks are being pulled out of a bag that was put down in front of multiple people in black bloc (0:57).
Normally you don't get video like this, #antifa groups don't release video like this as it is generally speaking, very incriminating. However it appears a random black guy (not in bloc) live streaming stumbled into the middle of them and no one stopped him
Another thing I'll note from the whole stream, as the media has been doing the "largely peaceful event turns violent”. It only took 16 minutes and 41 seconds from when the march starts and leaves the staging area to when the vandalism started

He had pled guilty to attacking @PortlandPolice with bear mace during a 8/26/2020 #antifa riot.
He pled guilty to 3 felonies on 1/14/22, was allowed to plea again on 1/20/23. Then all charges were dismissed
This appears to be a roundabout way of doing a deferred resolution agreement, meaning he had to comply with bail conditions for the year between pleas as a "punishment"
