Prosecutors recommended 2 years in prison. The judge agreed with Robotin's story that the molotov was brought for a "NYE bonfire", and that he was just "engaging in free speech"

Edward William Carubis pleaded guilty today. He admitted to assaulting 3 federal officers during the July 11th 2020 #Portland #antifa riot.
@USAO_OR sentencing recommendation is time served (2 days according to the docket), no probation, and a 25$ fee.
