Earlier today Richard Timothy Hernandez pled guilty to destruction of federal property charges from causing 163k in damage to federal buildings around Portland

20k damage to the ICE facility and 143k to the federal courthouse, both were frequent #Antifa targets

Richard was arrested in 2021 by DHS while in black bloc at an #antifa event. He was quickly released.

No info on plea deal currently. Based on past USAO_OR cases he'll probably get probation

Jeffrey R. Singer managed to get himself thrown in federal prison for 6 months as of yesterday thanks to 4 probation violations

He got off easy with probation originally on felony charges from the 2020 #Portland #antifa riots.

There's been number of other Portland antifa rioters who had probation violations, this is the first I've seen put prison for it

USAO_OR may be taking them more seriously due to their failure to enforce them in 2021 leading to the murder of an infant

Axel Markle ended up getting 1 year probation for looting a liquor store and throwing concrete at a cop car during the 2020 George Floyd riots

Markle killed himself at the end of May by jumping off parking garage at 'Maryland Deathfest' (music festival)

Corey Lemley was arrested on Thursday for verbal threats and harassment by the Rutherford County (TN) Sheriff's Office

Lemley has been active with #Antifa groups in both Nashville and Louisville.

Lemley was pictured during the September 23rd 2020 Louisville BLM/Antifa riot directing people to the uhaul full of riot gear that Holly Zoller brought.

That riot ended with 2 officers being shot

BLM arsonist Ayoub Tabri was sentenced to 364 days in prison today on federal charges from the arson of a PA State Police Vehicle during the Philly George Floyd #riots

Feds asked for 37 to 46 months, but Judge Slomsky sided with him because it would effect his immigration status

Tabri is the recipient of diversity visa (aka green card lottery)

Being sentenced to 365 days in prison would have made it an 'aggravated felony' which would be grounds for potential deportation and being barred from entry to US.

He did 21 months pretrial, so he's released now
