According to a letter filed tonight, Samantha Shader has reached a plea deal with the government for attempting to fire bomb an occupied NYPD van during the 2020 George Floyd riots.
She will plead to one count of arson, which carries a 5 year minimum.
Shader was originally charged in a 7 count indictment that included explosives, arson, civil disorder and conspiracy.
