He brought a .38 to "counter protest" a November 2020 DC Trump rally and sucker punched a Trump supporter.
Deberry could not legally posses that firearm as he has priors for raping, giving a STD, and impregnating a 13 year old girl (in addition to the gun being illegal in DC).
They dismissed the assault charge he got for sucker punching the Trump supporter as a part of plea, the assault charge came from when he was on bail, he violently assaulted a relative

In July 2020 he shot at a driver fleeing an armed communist group that was attempting to block an Aurora CO highway. He ended up shooting 2 fellow communists (one grazed head, other in the leg)
The charges he was found guilty of include attempted manslaughter.
He was initially charged with multiple attempted 1st degree murder counts, but that was reduced to manslaughter by the DA.

Colleen Newton, a Los Angeles #Antifa member was arrested in late March and charged with a federal felony for vandalizing the LA federal courthouse during a 2020 George Floyd Antifa riot.
Colleen is the daughter of a Tallahassee Florida Judge who quickly paid her 20,000 bail.
Not sure why it took so long to charge/arrest, the Grand Jury is listed in June of 2021. Charge brought by FPS (DHS)

According to a letter filed tonight, Samantha Shader has reached a plea deal with the government for attempting to fire bomb an occupied NYPD van during the 2020 George Floyd riots.
