We cannot 'Subject' the machine to anything any more than a blue whale can 'subject' his pod to a change in behavior, because the machine is what it does! The machine exists because of an unhappy marriage of discovery, sentience, and the animalistic drive towards safety NOT because of some "Capitalist Evil Motive".

You cannot "subject the machine to the collective" because the collective IS the machine. 🚫🚫
