SUNRISE SUNSET AZIMUTH ANGLES prove local sun not 93 million miles away FLAT EARTH https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ul3fx0YTpfc&ab_channel=rocketspushoffair
13:33 basically, the sun is so far away, that no matter where you are on the terminator line, everyone will have the same sunrise and sunset azimuth angles, because the difference from the center of the sun to the center of the earth (equator) and to the top of the earth (north) is .0016 degrees (the distance flattens the earth curve). Later in the video a follow up clip (starts around 17:26), similar to the previous clip but works out the distant sun azimuth angle to about 113 degrees and they prove it with actual data for two cities on the terminator line exactly on opposite latitudes on either side of the equator. Then it compares that to the actual angles and they don't match. In reality, you can only get 113 degrees at the equator. And, the error gets worse the further from the equator you go. It also points out that the sunrise and sunset azimuth angles work only for the equinoxes. The sun rises at 90 degrees and sets at 270 degrees everywhere.

Then comes two clips from the BS detector, he was a legend on here, made some great vids and disappeared. In the first one he makes an argument for the close sun (very easy to follow, he had a nice way of reducing a topic so that anybody could get the point). The second clip he points out problems with the sun angles and the equator, and he references null school (a website that updates the weather data every three hours or so) he showed how the heat map makes no sense on a tilted globe but makes perfect sense on the Gleason's map with a sun that circles above. In fact, null school no longer allows you to view the heat map on the flat earth map any more, and this video from BS detector had something to do with that.

Then the last two clips, one shows that eclipses don't make sense on the globe (you get a zig zag path of totality) but make perfect sense on the Gleason's map (you get circles when you join the paths of totality). The final clip shows you how well we can focus on the sun and moon (looking straight up into the sky, compared to how poorly we can focus on two people at ground level 1.5 miles away. Making the point that the sun and moon are obviously much closer than claimed by the globe preachers.

One tip for watching the first two clips, is to only read the text overlays.
