Just a note as it's accuracy had been brought to my attention: While this is an interesting and meaningful symbol there are no ancient finds that depict this symbol. It looks to be a newer design by a Swedish jewelry designer, possibly made in the 1990's.. While not from our ancient past it still shows that newer meaningful designs can be made.
