In Sweden there is something called Allemansrätten which literally means “everyone’s right”. This means you can freely move around in the Swedish nature and even camp anywhere as long as you are respectful, do not destroy anything, and clean up after yourself.

The Fyrgen Podcast - Episode 1: Why Paganism?
In this, the very episode of the Fyrgen Podcast, I lay out quite comprehensively the reasons that folks of the modern age should explore their ancestral Pagan tradition rather than turning to any of the imported Abrahamic or Eastern religions. Based on my own 20 year journey—15 of which have been spent as a practicing Heathen—I talk about what I've found to be the most empowering and valuable aspects of this calling.

In Dan Capp's Fyrgen Podcast 1 - "Why Paganism", he mentioned something that reminded me of a post I made a while back. He said something to the effect of, - What has befallen the world has only affected the people. It's the people's thinking that is evil or corrupted, but evil has not befallen the world itself. The world itself is as it always has been. - This is a Pagan view, which is very different from the abrahamic view. Only we have changed, the world is the same.

If you live in a very rural area you can see reality all around you. Even if you live in a town you can see it. You can see the birds and the squirrels and the insects going about their day. You can see the trees dropping their seeds. Nothing has changed in thousands and thousands of years. It's all as it has been and was meant to be. Only we have changed. The world has not modernized, only we have. We live in a system that has become a monstrosity and has enslaved us. But it's just an illusion. We can let go and live a far more natural life. There was a time where we were already doing it. It's all open ended and up to us. We're living in an illusion. Remember that.
