Book recommendation - The Elder Gods: The Otherworld of Early England by Stephen Pollington.

Stephen Pollington is probably the best known author on Anglo Saxon history and Old English, and for good reason. I endorse any of his books, but this one in particular, The Elder Gods, is a must read for all Anglo Saxon heathens.

Here, Pollington condenses an enormous amount of information in the space of around 450 pages and its very comprehensive, covering the gods, myth, burial customs, types of ritual, poetry, archaeology, folklore, the three functions, supernatural entities, art, magic, runes, etc. It discusses pretty much everything you need to know and I hold it as one of the most important books in my collection.

It's understandable that most get caught up in taking sides. It's the hope that there is someone out there fighting for us. The alternative for most is the horror that we are alone, that we are the only ones responsible for us. But responsibility is destiny, and when we take it, we take back our power.

I believe it's important to remain as physically active as one can for more reasons than physical health or appearance.

We must note, many who suffer from disabilities cannot do so to the same capacity or in some cases at all. To those whom this effects I deeply sympathise with you.

But to those without the excuse, the use of one's body is to use up some of the less constructive energy and focus one's mind as a result.

For many who struggle to sleep or struggle to contend with their inner thoughts, you may be feeling one's pent up capabilities playing out in a frustrated and unconstructive fashion.

A tired feeling of success prepares one for rest and peaceful contemplation, as opposed to restless overloads of worry and unescapable stress.

For this reason I cannot suggest enough one adopts some kind of physical hobby, if not for one's body then for one's mind.

You owe it to yourself in the one life you're lucky enough to have.

The Russia vs Ukraine conflict is further accelerating "The Great Reset", food shortages and inflation. It's also further dividing dissident circles between those who think "Putin is based" and those who see through the lies. Putin has became the new Q in the west. The west must save itself.
