↟ Alvablot/Álfablót - En uråldrig fornnordisk högtid som har firats långt innan kristnandet av Skandinavien där vi visar tacksamhet och vördnad till jorden för den skörd vi fått och hedrar våra förfäder, dem som inte finns med vid vår sida längre. Alvablot äger ursprungligen rum vid fullmåne, första månaden efter höstmånaden - vilket inträffade den 13 oktober i år. Högtiden brukar dock vanligtvis uppmärksammas som mest nu under allahelgonahelgen i Skandinavien.
Varför heter det Alvablot?
"Alv" heter det vita skiktet av mineralrik jordmån som finns under matjordskiktet. Den har bildats under inlandsisens framfart och har samma ursprung som "albis" eller "vit" på latin. Därifrån kommer själva begynnelsen till Alvablot. Eddan talar därför mycket om Äringsguden Frej som råder över grödan och som boende i Alvheim - Vanernas gudasläkte, kallades "alferna/alverna".

THIS is the closest thing I have seen of the "historic" use of the Helm of Awe. It's meant to be worn on an actual helm or painted on the forehead. It is meant to terrify the enemy.

I will only touch on the problem of the origin of Christianity. The first proposition for solving this problem is: Christianity can only be under stood on the soil where it grew, - it is not a counter-movement to the Jewish instinct, it is its natural consequence, a further conclusion drawn by its terrifying logic. In the formula of the redeemer, 'salvation comes from the Jews. ' - The second proposition is: the psychological type of the Galilean is still recognizable, but it had to assume a completely degenerate form (simultaneously mutilated and full ofalien features -) before it came to be used as a redeemer of humanity. - The Jews are the most remarkable people in world history; when faced with the question of being or non-being, they showed an absolutely uncanny awareness and chose being at anyprice: this price was the radical falsification of all of nature, all naturalness, all reality, the entirety of the inner world as well as the outer. They defined themselves in opposition to all the conditions under which peoples so far had been able to live, had been allowed to live, they created from themselves a counter-concept to natural conditions, - they took religion, cults, morality, history, and psychology, and twisted them around, one after the other, to the point where they were in irreversible contradiction to their natural values. We come across the same phenomenon once again and in immeasurably greater propor tions, but nonetheless only as a copy: - the Christian church, unlike the 'holy people', cannot lay claim to originality. This is precisely why the Jews are the most disastrous people in world history: they have left such a falsified humanity in their wake that even today Christians can think of themselves as anti-Jewish without understanding that they are the ultimate conclusion of Judaism.
