Regarding Flat Earth, it's almost like all these cultures developed their cosmology in ethnocentric isolation. Their cosmology is an expression of their world and belief that it was made by the gods for them, not only is it geocentric, but ethnocentric.

It's no more "cOiNCiDeNcE?!" than that geographically distant and unrelated cultures each built pyramids. However, as these cultures interacted with other peoples and races, they were forced to account for 'the other' within their cosmology. Jews certainly wasted no time in doing this; in fact their entire self-identity is defined by contrast to the goyim (nations). Once people had to account for other peoples, cosmology was no longer ethnocentric and became secular, even global, allowing heliocentrism and globe models to be suggested and validated.

Literally the only reason that Flat Earth continues today is because people who are skeptical of the lies of the modern world believe that everything that can be a conspiracy is a conspiracy.
